Cellulosic Ethanol Plant Visit
In addition to the main event we have also put together a visit to the Süd-Chemie AG, cellulosic ethanol plant. This will be the largest German plant for the manufacture of the climate-friendly biofuel cellulosic ethanol from agricultural waste materials. The plant will produce up to 1,000 tonnes of cellulosic ethanol per year primarily from about 4,500 tons of wheat straw in a fully integrated process.
